Lace up your tennis shoes for a good cause on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, for the second annual “Sterling Stampede 5K,” held at Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch, Ga.
The morning's event begins with a half-mile “Treehouse Tot Trot” at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 9 a.m. Early registration for the 5K is $20 per runner and $25 after Sept. 23. The Tot Trot is $10 per child and $15 after Sept. 23.
