Mr. Edward Jackson "Jack" Pinson, age 71, of Cumming passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007. He attended Stone Mill Church in Duluth. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Pinson & Beatrice Cochran.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Harper Pinson of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia Pinson Tucker and husband Todd of Sugar Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Marcus Edward Pinson and wife Stacey of Clover, SC; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy Pinson Barfield and husband Ed of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law Joseph Anthony Pinson and wife Linda of Rockledge, FL; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.  Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 20, 2007 at 1:00p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Robinson officiating. Interment will follow 4:00p.m. at Mountaintown Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellijay with Rev. Edmond Miller officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2007 from 5:00p.m. until 9:00p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Hospice, Stone Mill Church building fund, or Mountaintown Baptist Church building and cemetery fund.
