Wild Night Planned to Benefit Gwinnett Seniors

Published Jul 16, 2007

Leave the ordinary behind and help senior citizens at the same time. Make plans now to attend A Night in the Wild and support the fifth annual silent auction, hosted by the Friends of Gwinnett County Senior Services (FOGCSS). The event is open to the public and FOGCSS will use all proceeds to benefit the senior citizens of Gwinnett County.

Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett (3100 Club Drive, Lawrenceville) hosts the event on Thursday, July 26 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. The auction will feature fantastic items and services along with live music, an African dance troupe, tropical drinks, and assorted exotic foods. Some of the big-ticket items include roundtrip airline tickets, weekend getaways, and Braves baseball tickets and apparel.

Tickets ($15 in advance, $20 at the door) include admission, entertainment, food and beverages, a door prize ticket, and participation in the silent auction. For more information or to purchase advance tickets, contact Celia Moore at 770.822.8775 or celia.moore@gwinnettcounty.com.
