Aurora Theatre has assembled the best children’s performers in the region bringing them to Gwinnett County in order to give parents and children the chance to experience a live performance.
Aurora Children's Playhouse boasts an October full of performances that benefit from a child’s keen interest in the Halloween season. On October 18, Eric Litwin known as The Singing Storyteller will perform Spooky Tales at Twilight. Eric’s spellbinding performance is alive with descriptive language, tone setting music and spectacular sound-scapes.
October 25 features Spine Tinglers & Teasers, not-so-scary stories about things that go bump in the night. Nationally renowned teller of tales Sherry Norfolk performs multicultural, age-appropriate Halloween stories that teach important character lessons to our youngsters.
As a final treat Aurora Children’s Playhouse welcomes Bosco the Magician and his Trick or Treat Magic Show on November 1, and make sure to reserve your tickets because this performance sold-out last year.
Aurora continues to grow because parents love introducing live performance to their children. The convenient location with free, attached, covered parking appeals especially to families with small children. And with the family-friendly time of 10 AM on Saturday morning it is a great start to any weekend.
