The Music Arena Spreads the Joy of Music

Published Feb 21, 2008

To excel in any given field, especially in the arts, passion is needed. To teach your field, it must be a source of joy so you can spread the enthusiasm for the subject to others.

It is this joy and passion that Ricky Hunter and Kevin Camon bring to The Music Arena. Located at 3421 Ridge Road Suite C-101 in Buford, The Music Arena brings the joy of music to the northern Georgia region. Their hours are Monday – Friday from 3-9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Their motto, “play, practice, perform”, summarizes the basics of The Music Arena. But Ricky Hunter, owner, and Kevin Camon, managing partner, envision much more for this 6 month-old company. Not only will lessons and practice sessions be available to musicians of all ages and all levels, from beginners to advanced musicians, but this membership-based facility provides a safe haven for musicians to focus on their music and achieve their potential. This comes complete with a café area for coffee, tea and smoothies.

To help the growth, if you mention this article in Hometown Gwinnett, you will receive your 1st lesson FREE with a 4-lesson package, a savings of $28. The Music Arena will be presenting the Living Anthem band on February 23 with Church in Motion and a Drum Circle will on February 22. They have also helped to produce “Look in the Mirror” by Rachel Little which can be found at www.myspace.com/themusicarena.
