Touchstone Homes to Add Town Homes at Sterling on the Lake

Sterling on the Lake announced that Touchstone Homes will break ground this summer on 98 new town homes in the award-winning residential community in Flowery Branch.
In addition to the Touchstone town homes, Peachtree Residential Properties earlier announced construction of 16 town homes at Sterling on the Lake, starting in the low $300s.
The Touchstone town homes will range in size from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet and will be priced from the low $200s. Buyers will have four plans from which to choose once the homes become available in early 2008.
“The addition of Touchstone Homes’ town homes will give even more people the opportunity to take advantage of the amazing living options at Sterling on the Lake,” said Jennifer Petters, marketing manager for Sterling on the Lake. “With the completion of this project, we will have more than 100 new town homes in a variety of styles and prices.”
